Yes, there is a new blogger in town. I am the wife of the "Chef on the Edge" who is also known as Greg Hicks. My name is Patsy, and I have been Greg's behind the scenes assistant since we opened Impressions Catering in 2001.
I think the number one question I am asked when people find out that my husband is a chef is, "So, do you cook?" The answer is, "yes I do cook." But the truth is that I cook only when he is busy or I know that he has had a long day. Every now and then I enjoy cooking especially if it is a new recipe, and it looks like it will be nummy. But, I do procrastinate when it comes to cooking because everything he makes is so much better than what I make....even sandwiches. I think even cereal tastes better when he pours it. It is his chefiness. I love it!
If only everyone could have a personal chef.
